 Let’s get started!

Wow! We’ve had our call and we’ll be working together for the next six months to get you to that next level! I’m excited, how about you?

Here’s what you can expect from me:

  • Weekly (or bi-weekly) Zoom sessions (audio only or with video) calls. Our schedule will be worked on in your onboarding session. Note, this session doesn’t count toward your coaching program.
  • If your schedule is bi-weekly, the alternate weeks we will have a 15-minute check-in to help you stay on track and address issues if needed.
  • Worksheets and assignments that are designed to help you clarify and apply focus (if appropriate). These will be shared with you as needed.
  • Audio recording of your coaching sessions – great for reviewing our session when you’re working late at night, simply need a refresher, or have a question. Please note that the sessions will only be recorded with your approval and are never shared. They do help me if I need to review our session for clarification. 
  • Email/text support to any questions you may have. I typically respond within a couple of hours Monday to Friday, and within 6 hours on the weekend. If you’re outside of Canada, I use Whatsapp. The preferred communication method will be discussed with you before we start.
  • Confidentiality. Our conversation will never be shared with anyone.
  • Respectful, non-judgmental communication

What I expect from you:

  • A minimum of 24-hr advance notice for any cancellations (but I hope you attend all sessions!) so I can offer this session to someone on my waiting list. Life can be unpredictable, and I understand this can happen to the best of us. Once I receive your notice, we can then reschedule the missed session.
  • Completed assignments. You won’t get graded, but you will benefit! (and there aren’t always assignments).
  • Complete honesty, or as much as you can share. It’s often difficult, but when we are working on feelings, goals, and obstacles that may be holding us back, it’s beneficial to dig in deep.
  • Candid feedback on the progress you are experiencing.

Not required, but it would be lovely to have from you:

  • A testimonial of your experience working with me
  • Referrals to your friends or colleagues

What’s the next step?:

I’ll send you my calendar link to book your onboarding call. During this call, we’ll cover the following:

  • The reason you are coming to me for coaching!
  • I’ll collect all the information needed to send you your contract for our coaching together.
  • Coaching schedule – if you have previous commitments that will make some dates impossible, we’ll find dates that fit your schedule best.
  • Payment information.
  • Any additional questions you may have.
