I had the opportunity to work with Vicky earlier this year when I was launching my new business. One of the things I appreciate about Vicky’s coaching style is she helps to shine the light on the areas where you need work without telling you what to do. As a result of my coaching sessions with Vicky, I changed the vision and direction of my company to something that aligned more closely with my personal values while also looking at ways to expand my other passion of essential oils. I met with Vicky for six sessions over the course of 12 weeks and each session ended with a clear plan of action for the two weeks prior. The first session was a review of my answers to a detailed questionnaire she provided so that the coaching sessions were tailored to meet my specific needs. We were able to complete the coaching using Zoom so even though I am thousands of miles away, the sessions were as good as if I was in the room with her. I will definitely revisit Vicky as my business continues to expand.
Vicky’s knowledge of social media and marketing is fantastic. She knows how to keep it current and what to do for most impact. Vicky is organized and integrates new technology to make things easier. Working with her is always effective and innovative – I trust her; she gets things done on target and on time. Integrating her services is a smart business investment and one I highly recommend.
